Juvenille beauty

I used to do a lot of volunteer work at the Burren Birds of Prey Centre. I loved working with the amazing birds of prey and as a zoologist they are one of the species that interests me hugely. I also always enjoyed photographing the magestic raptors, they are so interesting and unique, each time I click I get a whole new image. Unfortunately I don’t live so close to the centre anymore and visits have become rarer.  find myself wishing more and more lately that I had the time to visit and as soon as I can, I’m will most certainly be heading up there again!

This is one of the harris hawks I had the pleasure of working with, the beautiful and inquisative Calvin.
